I hereby certify that Mr. Robert Rienacker, the Colonial Treasurer, has been suffering much from severe derangement of the Digestive Organs during the past eighteen months; but since the beginning of the last hot season the symptoms have at times assumed a more aggravated form, and great loss of flesh and Strength has gradually resulted.

In addition to extensive irritation of the general mucous membrane, accompanied by the usual symptoms of "Chronic Diarrhea", with occasional febrile attacks and vomiting, the Liver has also been much disordered.
